How do our home care services work?
First One Choice Home Care Agency LLC starts with a home assessment where the client’s current condition, needs, and home environment are evaluated by our case manager. This process is necessary to create an individualized care plan that works best for the client. Our team will continuously coordinate with the client’s family in order to improve the care plan as needed.
A caregiver will then be trained and oriented on the client’s specific needs upon deployment to the client’s home.
SERVICES OFFERED
Personal Care
This type of care is primarily composed of assistance with activities of daily living which includes:
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Mobility
- Restroom Assistance
- Meal Preparation
Housekeeping
For basic household chores, a caregiver will perform these duties for the client instead.
- Laundry
- Changing of bed linens
- Pet care
- Light cleaning and organizing of the home
Socialization
More than just a caregiver, our caregiver can become a friend. They make sure to keep the client accompanied to attend to their physical, mental, social, and emotional needs. Benefits of socialization include:
